I specialize in supporting individuals at all stages of their parenting journey, with a focus on perinatal mental health, traumatic birth experiences, PTSD, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, infertility, grief, and loss. I also provide couples therapy to strengthen relationships during these life transitions. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, informed by both my clinical expertise and personal experience as a mother.
