We all have an impetus toward authenticity and joy. But often, our time is spent ruminating about the past or obsessing about the future. I am dedicated to helping you gain freedom from overthinking to live a life of presence and joy. Foci include relationships, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, creativity/self expression, and recovery from NPD abuse. With couples, we connect the dots between intention, perception, and reaction to increase loving communication. Life coaching in all areas is integrated. My approach is collaborative and individualized. When we operate from our true self, peace and confidence follows. I am a warm person with a sense of humor. Together, we look at self limiting patterns, often set by the culture, or our family, and set a "true north" for yourself. We do this through deep work, cognitive awareness, and habit changes. My clients are my favorite people.
