My approach to therapy is person-centered, interactive, and creative. I am dedicated to helping individuals work through whatever brings them to see me -- whether it be depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship and interpersonal issues, career changes, life transitions, spiritual matters, or other challenges. I enjoy collaborating with clients to help them heal, reach goals, realize dreams, and ultimately find more meaning and joy in their lives.
