As a certified neuropsychotherapist specializing in trauma, mood/personality disorders, and substance abuse I am dedicated to empowering clients throughout their healing journey. I focus on helping individuals rewire neural pathways to create lasting, positive changes interweaving a variety of evidence based practices including EMDR, IFS, DBT, and others. With a compassionate and client centered approach, I do my best to support my clients in overcoming challenges and building healthier, more stabilized lives not defined by their experiences. I am currently taking clients for telehealth only.
