You might understand why these patterns exist, or you may just know that your body feels tense, overwhelmed, or disconnected. When insight alone has not brought the relief you hoped for, it can feel deeply taxing. Together, we gently focus on helping you feel safe, supported & resourced, trusting that from this place of regulation your innate capacity to heal can unfold.
