I understand urban Latine realities not from textbooks but from living them, and I bring both that understanding and specialized clinical training to my work. I contribute to academic research on trauma in bilingual Latine populations, addressing how academic fields often miss the specific ways trauma presents in our communities. This research directly informs how I work with clients. I’m trained in EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, play therapy, and perinatal mental health. I integrate these approaches in our work together.
