Welcome! I'd like to tell you, I am an in-person individual, couple, and group psychotherapist. Areas of my specialization are attachment, anxiety, codependency, relationship issues, addiction, and trauma/PTSD. My interventions are somatic, psychodynamic and IFS-informed. If we work together, I can help you (+partner) with new and different behaviors so you can develop meaningful relationships, resolve old pain & trauma, break unhelpful habits, decrease anxiety, achieve work/life balance, use confidence and assertiveness to get your needs met, as well as increase experiences of joy, pleasure, vitality, equanimity.
