I specialize in adolescents and adults with concerns of depression, anxiety, grief, perinatal/postpartum mental health, relationship concerns and trauma. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who offers in-person or Telehealth therapy. Our past experiences act as a lens in which we look through to view ourselves, others and the world around us. If our past experiences hold pain, anxieties and trauma this can influence our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and perceptions. We must address and hold space for the parts of us that have been impacted to empower ourselves to move forward in more adaptive ways.
