Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you're trying to manage difficult emotions, stress, or relationship challenges without a clear path forward. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a master's degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with adults, couples, and veterans, using a collaborative and supportive approach tailored to each individual's needs.
