Authentic, intuitive, collaborative, compassionate, humorous and direct are how many clients describe me. If you are in a life transition, impacted by grief and loss, have experienced traumatic events or entering or leaving a significant relationship, I collaborate with you to build insight, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace. I specialize in working with those who have experienced trauma first hand as well as those who have experienced secondary trauma. Front facing healthcare workers, educators, caregivers and other mental health professionals often find their way to me. With a specialization with clients with Post Traumatic Stress, I help clients understand the impact of these experiences. I also support new parents as they transition into parenthood, with a speciality in working with adoptive parents. Additionally, I offer care for grief and loss and post divorce recovery.
