Hi, I’m Kelly! I am a trauma-informed therapist and hold a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I bring a relational, heart-centered, and grounded approach to the therapeutic setting. Compassion, curiosity, and contemplation will infuse our time together, and I believe in going slowly and gently as we explore and reflect upon your unique story with the hope of making new discoveries along the way. I am passionate about working with anyone experiencing life transitions, grief, trauma, anxiety, chronic illness, and relational issues.
