I work best with young adult to middle age groups. The issues that I work best with are: trauma, codependency, life transitions, grief, adult children of substance users, women's issues, depression and anxiety. Clients who seem to connect with me tend to have a sense of humor, are open minded, creative, and have a willingness to challenge their unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors. I seek to create a partnership. I offer online sessions only at this time and cannot accept Medicaid or Managed Medicaid plans.
