Specializing in perinatal mental health, I work with mothers and fathers who are enduring heightened stress, depression, anxiety, OCD, and sleep issues that have developed or exacerbated during pregnancy or postpartum. I am extremely compassionate and dedicated to helping those who have experienced pregnancy termination, infertility, and perinatal grief and loss. I also have special clinical interests and experience in chronic pain, self-medication with cannabis, endocrine disorders, and other physical health ailments. I effectively and appreciatively also meet with mental healthcare providers, same-sex parents, and caregivers. I am empathic, non-judgmental, direct, honest, passionate, and embrace individuality. I welcome constructive feedback, and I am whole-heartedly determined to help my clients start feeling like themselves again.
