Hi, I’m Kelly.I became a therapist because I wanted to go deeper than symptom management and help people truly heal. I work with clients who are tired of just surviving and want to understand the root of what’s keeping them stuck, especially those carrying old trauma, stress, or self-blame that never got a chance to be processed. I believe compassion is the gateway to real change. My style is warm, grounded, and deeply attuned. You won’t find judgment or quick fixes here. You’ll find someone who shows up fully with you, helps you make sense of your inner world, and supports you as you heal patterns that once felt unchangeable. Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that developed to survive, strengthen the adult self, and gently work through early wounds using approaches like EMDR, parts work, and early trauma protocols. My clients often tell me they feel understood for the first time. Not rushed, not minimized, but truly seen.
