I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults (ADHD, OCD, and Autism) who are either late-diagnosed, self diagnosed, or simply exploring your neurotype. Together we navigate self-care and advocacy amidst a neurotypical world, so that anxiety, depression, and burnout symptoms decrease. I also work with parents of neurodivergent kids, helping them find the balance between advocacy of their child and self-care.
