I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience partnering with adolescents and adults who seek support for anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma, and relationship issues. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in History and Human Services from Albion College and my Master of Social Work from The University of Chicago. I use a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative approach, incorporating evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based strategies to promote healing and wellness.
