HOPE. Four simple letters. One small word. Why is it so hard to find hope when stress is piling up on us? To me, counseling is a process centered on finding the hope that these stressors can be managed and our lives can change. Following a Motivational Interviewing (MI) approach, my goal is to meet you where you are in your personal journey for change and recovery. Through collaborative exploration and goal-planning, I will work with you to help you develop the skills necessary to build or return to a healthy level of personal functioning.
