My practice uses many techniques to work with folks who have had difficult experiences. These experiences can make people feel stuck, act out in ways that are hard to understand, and feel as though they are re-creating ineffective past patterns. It is possible to feel better, and I want to help. 70% of adults have experienced a trauma, and 25% of children. As a clinician, I use eclectic therapeutic techniques work through traumatic and difficult experiences and build hope and resiliency. Trauma can cover a multitude of tough events, and can lead to feelings of anxiety, depression, and discomfort.
