As a therapist, I am passionate about working with you to achieve your goals and improve the quality of your daily life. Clients often come to see me for help with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, as well as other life stressors. I approach my work with clients utilizing an eclectic method to best meet the needs of each individual. I feel strongly about working with clients towards the goals of self acceptance, communication of needs and feelings, and the development of healthy coping skills.
