I specialize in helping clients liberate themselves from the burden of childhood sexual trauma. I am a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist and Consultant. IFS is a non-pathologizing, insightful, and compassionate approach that provides a map to organize your psychological landscape to make sense of feelings and reactions that are distressing. We work to undo the origins of suffering instead of solely focusing on ways to cope or work around it. Reprocessing trauma with IFS can be very liberating and can help you to re-establish a foundation of wholeness.
