I work with adolescents and adults who are seeking counseling for a variety of reasons, such as healing from trauma, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, life transitions/adjustment, relationship issues, suicidal ideation and self-harm, LGBTQ+ issues, behavioral issues, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem, and self-exploration. Starting therapy is intimidating, so I like to start with building a trusting and collaborative relationship that will help empower clients in their healing process. The human experience can be difficult to navigate so It is my goal to provide a safe space where clients don’t have to face it alone.
