Therapy is an active process. I believe that each individual has the capacity to live their life in a different way. Through collaboration, we will consider your life experiences and how these have built today's version of you. Creating an empathic, affirming, and non-judgmental space is a guiding principle in my approach to working with individuals and couples. I have pointed experience working alongside those navigating more difficult, transitional phases of their lives, such as grief and bereavement, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship conflict. Insight and awareness are essential to our work together. I utilize a person-centered approach, understanding that each individual and their experience is unique. Together, we will explore the story of you, the “systems” in which you are a part of, and how your experiences have impacted the present.
