I am the mother to two young adults and a spouse to a U.S. Army veteran, spending over 22 years facing the many challenges military life brings. We have traveled all over this world and lived in many place before making Tampa our home. I believe that everyone has the potential to overcome the obstacles that life throws at us. It is my goal to work along side my clients to replace the negative self-talk and the coping skills the no longer work with positive and more effective skills they can carry with them long after they leave a session.
