I enjoy helping a diverse group of individuals, with a common thread woven through my work of helping families heal from trauma. While I primarily work with children, adolescents and families, I also enjoy assisting adult individual clients. I have extensive experience working with neuro-diverse individuals in a variety of settings, specifically those on the autism spectrum. I am passionate about helping these individuals become functioning and autonomous adults. I utilize play therapy and trauma focused modalities (TF-CBT, ARC) to help families heal from trauma, deal with difficult emotions, and manage maladaptive behaviors, while coaching parents to be more patient and nurturing caregivers.
