Aloha and welcome! Whether you are looking for short-term or long-term therapy, or maybe some support during a challenging period of time in your life, my practice is open to all of these. I work with individuals who may appear driven and successful on the outside but are quietly struggling inside—athletes, high achievers, and those battling eating disorders. My clients are often perfectionists who feel pressure to excel, manage high expectations, or control their bodies to find worth. I offer a space where they can let go of the performance and reconnect with themselves.
