I am passionate about supporting teens and young adults through life’s unique challenges. Navigating adolescence and young adulthood can feel overwhelming, with pressures around identity, relationships, school, and future aspirations. As both an MFT and high school counselor, I offer a safe and compassionate space for individuals to explore their feelings, overcome obstacles, and discover their authentic selves. My work employs a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and strength based focus to address my client's presenting concerns.
