Welcome! I am here to help you navigate life's challenges, support you in your healing, and identify your inner strengths. I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan and am especially passionate about working with teens, young adults and postpartum women. I enjoy working with individuals navigating issues with relationships, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and family of origin concerns. I have clinical experience working in a variety of settings including university mental health, community clinics and schools.
