You may be having difficulty with a life transition, grief and loss, issues related to adverse childhood experiences, relationship issues, or anxiety and/or depression from a source you are aware of or from one(s) you are unable to identify. It would be my privilege to help guide you to the other side of whatever struggle or pain it is that you are facing. Regardless of age, we all continue to have periods of growth, struggle, and change.
