Great to meet you! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 11 years of experience working with clients to help them feel empowered to make positive changes in their lives. It is important to me to make you feel heard and not judged. I will help you stay accountable to your desired goals and walk beside you on this journey. During our first session we will get to know one another a little to see if we are a good fit to work together. It is my opinion that people need to feel comfortable opening up and being vulnerable with a therapist or it will not be helpful. Having helped so many individuals and couples overcome obstacles that have been holding them back from living their desired lives over the past 11 years, I have developed some tried-and-true strategies to help you elicit change quickly and start living the fulfilling life you deserve. I have been told I am a great motivator and am good at gently challenging.
