Are you seeking change within yourself or in relationships? Many of us desire and intend to make changes and yet find ourselves in the same cycle over and over and over, increasingly disconnected from self and others. I work with individuals, couples, and families from a culturally-informed, attachment-focused perspective. Healing isn't a destination; together, we will cultivate capacity to know yourself more fully and be held as you do the hard, ongoing work of learning to love and repair trust with self and others. I work with folks in interracial family systems, blended families, and those with histories of interpersonal trauma.
