Whatever you’re currently struggling with: family or relationship issues, depression, low self-esteem, an existential or spiritual crisis, issues with gender or sexuality, professional or creative stagnation, or simply stress, I'm here to meet you where you’re at with compassion, patience, and zero judgment while while collaborating on your therapeutic goals. My practice is primarily psychodynamic, while incorporating elements of cognitive and behavioral therapies as needed to assist in restructuring self-defeating patterns. An emphasis on the value of cultivating self-awareness and self-compassion is at the core of my philosophy. Utilizing a strengths-based, person-centered approach, I come from the belief that you are the expert in your own life and you have the capacity to handle the problems you face. I integrate elements of mindfulness, helping you to observe your inner experience without judgment.
