I believe that therapy can be a rewarding and life-changing experience. I became a therapist to help people lead happier, more productive lives. Clients need a sense of connection and trust, but also need someone who will gently challenge long-standing beliefs and patterns in a way that leads to positive change. I have been a therapist in the Davis community for over 25 years, and have extensive training in Biofeedback, Neurofeedback, Coherence therapy, and Long term psychodynamic psychotherapy.
