Working from an attachment theory perspective, I provide psychodynamic therapy to adults, couples, and families. I believe in using a strength-based approach, meeting the client where they are, and helping each person create realistic, achievable goals for our work together. My focus is in grief & loss, trauma, and attachment concerns.
