Welcome! I’m Kelly, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping others navigate many of life’s challenges. After the premature birth of my daughter, I had a very difficult time finding support. As a result, I am especially dedicated to helping adults navigate infertility, pregnancy, and early parenthood. Leading with curiosity, compassion, and many metaphors (haha), my goal is to provide a safe space where you can express yourself freely and help you live life with confidence. My areas of focus are anxiety and depression, in particular during the perinatal period (before and after a pregnancy or delivery).
