I am passionate about seeing families and individuals thrive. I believe in the incredible potential within every person, and am committed to helping others walk in their strengths. I draw from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and family systems perspectives. I work with individuals, couples, children, and adolescents, and support clients with challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, and creating healthy boundaries. I have a special interest in supporting first responder spouses, who often carry unique stressors and responsibilities that can impact family life.
