Please note: I currently have a 6-8 month wait for new clients. The world may be telling you that you are not enough, that you need to change in order to fit in. Sometimes that pressure to fit neatly into a particular box is more than you feel you can overcome on your own. That is where therapy can help. My practice is greatly informed by Anna Quindlen's quote: "The thing that is really hard and really amazing is giving up on being perfect and beginning the work of becoming yourself". You do not need to change to meet the world's expectations, you are already perfect as you are and I want to help you believe that.
