I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, with 40 years of experience helping individuals, couples, families, and groups work through life’s challenges. Over the course of my career, I have supported clients facing depression, grief and loss, anxiety, trauma, addiction, codependency, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and life transitions. My extensive background also includes career development, employee assistance program services, crisis intervention, and critical incident debriefing. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, humanistic perspectives, and family systems work. I also draw on training in Internal Family Systems, addictions, spiritual psychology, and breathwork to guide the healing process.
