I am honored to report that I have recently earned Board Certification in DBT (DBT-LBC). Currently I am one of only five in the State of Georgia. I have honed my practice of DBT and implemented it to assist my clients not only to tolerate, control, and manage emotions, but also change the oftentimes problematic behavior that follows. It has been personally rewarding to watch my clients shift their perspective about themselves and their environment. I learned unexpectedly how much it would impact my own life. I use DBT everyday.
