The type of clients who seek my support are both individuals and couples who are deeply committed to their own relationship with themselves. It is this primary relationship to Self that informs how we relate to others. I work with folks who are curious or already invested in living in alignment with their chosen values. I practice through a lens of deep compassion, curiosity, warmth, and radical reverence for grief-work and the reciprocal relationship between Grief and Gratitude. I support my clients through challenges that can ultimately lead to more insight, wisdom, self-love, compassion and a sense of security and well-being.
