As a licensed clinical psychologist, I provide individual therapy to older adolescents, adults and seniors. Working from a psychodynamic framework, I specialize in helping people dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, loss, trauma, relationship difficulties and life transitions. I am flexible in my approach to psychotherapy and adjust my ways of working to meet the needs of each unique individual. In the context of a therapeutic relationship based on respect, empathy and collaboration, my goal as a therapist is to understand the unique set of problems, experiences and goals of those seeking help.
