Hi, my name is Kelly, and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have been working with individuals of all ages for over a decade to support clients as they navigate the challenges of life changes and process past traumas and difficult family and relationship dynamics. I typically work with adults, young adults, and older teens (15-19). I often treat anxiety, including mild OCD, depression, trauma, inner critic/negative self-perception, perfectionism, ADHD/focus issues, and life-cycle transitions. I work well with clients who are willing to self-reflect and seeking change.
