As the owner of Evolve Behavioral Health in Brighton, I work to help individuals function optimally in their daily lives. This may mean working 1:1 with clients to help resolve trauma related issues, eliminate or reduce mood disorders, and/or strengthen personal relationships; this also may mean linking clients to therapists in our practice who may be an ideal fit. My treatment modalities include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness strategies. I work from a strengths-based, person-centered foundation to empower individuals and families to live their best lives. My specialization is working with trauma survivors utilizing EMDR and trauma focused CBT. I am certified in working with children and families and a certified Clinical Supervisor. As the owner of Evolve Behavioral Health, I am proud to offer a team of highly skilled therapists who possess a wide array of specialties to support clients across the lifespan.
