Hello! I have been a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist since 2012. I received my Master's in Counseling in 2005 from Sonoma State University. I specialize in helping teenagers and adults navigate the various changes that life has in store. I will specialize a treatment approach that best suits the needs of each client. Life has many twists and turn that can be a challenge to navigate and I am here to assist you with that process.In our first session we will focus on getting to know one another and come to an understanding of what would topics to begin with that would be helpful to focus our time together on. I am very versatile provider who has worked with people from all walks of life with varying needs. I communicate transparently and provide you with a space where we can look at anything that is troubling you.
