My focus in therapy is to help clients begin to understand the power they already possess inside that can foster personal transformation, even in their darkest hour. When presented with an environment that allows a person to explore him or herself freely, and without judgment, their tendency toward growth is nurtured and they can begin to grow into their full potential. I offer a safe and accepting environment where you can look at the "parts" of you that don't seem to make sense and move to understand and trust yourself more completely.
