There are many things that can prevent us from reaching our goals and affect our quality of life including past trauma and unresolved adverse experiences, stress, poor coping mechanisms, relational issues, grief/loss, mental illness, and addiction. My goal is to help you change the things in life that are holding you back and help you find better ways to cope and deal with the things in life that cannot be changed.
