Sometimes life doesn't turn out the we imagined. When you spend too many days unfulfilled, anxious, depressed-it may be time to try a different strategy. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for people to do really great, really hard work. My areas of passion and expertise are working with teenagers/women struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, chronic pain/illness and trauma. Fortunately or unfortunately, this passion stems from my own life experiences. My training, in addition to these "real life" events, has provided a me higher level of empathy and shared understanding, improving my ability to walk with you.
