I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Gerontologist. I have a passion for the benefits of therapy and utilize strengths-based, client-focused, goal-directed, and mindfulness approaches to therapy. All are collaborative and work with each client as an individual, to determine what style and approach is the best fit.
