Hi there, I'm Kelly Tavenner, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe that everyone has the power within themselves to change at any stage in life. Yet, sometimes, we get stuck. Whether it's due to depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship troubles, or simply not recognizing our own blind spots, there are times when we can't see solutions to our own problems.
