I am a licensed clinical psychologist who infuses non-judgment and warmth into every therapy session. Over the course of therapy, we'll begin to name inner experiences and cultivate more awareness and freedom of choice as we work through what's challenging now. We'll slowly, at your pace, tune in to the root cause and how we can attend to whatever's present, whether it be recent and major or longstanding feelings asking to be listened to. I aim to understand my clients in all of their complexities, and develop with them a deep appreciation for the many parts of their emotional experience to create room for new possibilities.
