“Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you, doesn’t mean you can, should, or need to do it alone” One of my many passions in life, is to help others find peace within themselves by guiding them along the way. No matter your age, you are the expert of your own life, and I am here to support you in any way I can in a safe, comfortable, and understanding environment. I specialize in play therapy and mindfulness with children ages 4-18 years old with behavioral and emotional needs. I work young adults and families too. I am also a certified Functional Family Therapist and provide adoption-related counseling. I work with a variety of issues such as self-esteem, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, ADHD, and anger management.
